* Pricing for concierge services Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm. Holiday rates apply ($30/hr.). Hourly rates applied per assistant required to complete the requested task. One hour minimum purchase required.
A minimum of 24 BUSINESS HOURS notice prior to all services requested unless otherwise agreed upon with management approval. Credit Card on file required to obtain services. Certain other restrictions apply.
First Mate Concierge was established 2007 in Osage Beach, Missouri. As a result of the seasonal market, FMC's emphasis was on vacation home owners and their guests.
Ready to expand and grow in the changing economy, FMC decided to open a second location. In March of 2011, we opened for business in Joplin, Missouri and the surrounding Four State Area.

First Mate Concierge is excited to launch our new look for the company after losing the Joplin office on May 22, 2011 from an F5 tornado. FMC decided to embrace the disaster with the opportunity to make some changes for the better.
